The Rooms

There are six, two-bedroom apartments available that can be adapted into one-bedroom accommodation if desired. We have five studios, including the loft style Executive Studio, which is perfect for honeymoons or other special occasions.

Special Packages

The entire complex can cater for up to 32 guests, so please contact us to discuss a special accommodation package for group stays or corporate groups. We can arrange a prior inspection of the property if required.

Beds, Cots & Highchairs

We can reconfigure bedrooms according to what bed type is required ie king, single or double; as well as provide roll away beds, cots and high chairs at a small additional cost. We also have safety gates for stairs available, which we recommend are pre-booked.

Guest Facilities

Each apartment has one off-street parking space and extra cars may be accommodated for depending on bookings at the time of your stay. Please talk to staff about parking options during check in. The entire complex is fully secured and under 24-hour security surveillance. Guests have after-hours access to their apartment for convenience. Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am. We can provide guests with fax and photocopying services at a small cost. We also have arrangement with several Horsham restaurants to deliver meals to corporate guests during the week on a ‘charge back’ arrangement.

Smoking

For the comfort of all guests, are rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if this occurs. We appreciate your understanding and respect of the apartments.

Terms & Conditions Policy

At the time of booking a 30% deposit will be applied on a valid credit card to secure a reservation. Full payment will be required upon check -in. Please note: if you want to change your reservation/booking an administration fee of $20.00 may apply.
Cancellation of reservation we require this request be made in writing (either email or fax) at a minimum* 48hrs notice (Please note this time limit is applied to imminent bookings 3 – 7 days). For all other cancellations of reservations please refer to your conditions noted on your email confirmation. Non arrival or late cancellation will result in full tariff charged.
